The assignment engine behind AISC's "Week Without Walls", placing 237 incoming Grade 9 students across 15 experiential trips by ranked preference, capacity, and gender balance, with a 50-page operations manual so it never depends on me again.

A Firebase + React student check-in system with automated, same-day notifications to teachers and secretaries, a duty-of-care gap closed for all 700+ students, from school-wide launch to live automated notifications in six days.
Chapter 4 · Become the institution's memory
Curriculum Intelligence Dashboard
A Google Apps Script web app that turned scattered curriculum documents into a live analytics system, tracking 216 courses and 849 units across three divisions, put in front of 50+ leaders, and adopted by the director as the first onboarding resource 26 new teachers received.
